Third-party services are subject to their own terms, policies, and limitations.
Discover Canada Tours reserves the right to modify, substitute, or withdraw any part of the Services where necessary due to operational, safety, weather, supplier, regulatory, or availability-related reasons.
3. User Obligations and Responsibilities

If you fail to meet these obligations, Discover Canada Tours may refuse service, cancel part or all of your booking, or remove you from a tour without liability, subject to applicable law.
4. Payment Terms and Conditions
All prices are stated in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified. Prices may be subject to applicable taxes, levies, or fees required by law or imposed by suppliers.
- Payment Authorization: By submitting payment information, you authorize Discover Canada Tours and its payment processors to charge the applicable amounts for bookings, deposits, fees, and approved adjustments.
- Deposits: Certain bookings may require a non-refundable or partially refundable deposit to confirm availability.
- Balance Due: Any remaining balance must be paid by the date communicated at the time of booking. Failure to pay by the deadline may result in automatic cancellation.

- Chargebacks: You agree to contact Discover Canada Tours to resolve billing concerns before initiating a chargeback. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of services and recovery of associated costs to the extent permitted by law.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
This section applies unless a specific product, package, or supplier policy states otherwise in writing. Certain tours, tickets, activities, or third-party arrangements may be non-refundable or subject to stricter cancellation conditions.
Customer Cancellations:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled service date may be eligible for a refund, less any non-refundable deposit, processing fees, and third-party charges.
- Cancellations made 15 to 30 days before the scheduled service date may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative fees and supplier penalties.
- Cancellations made fewer than 15 days before the scheduled service date are generally non-refundable.
- No-shows, missed departures, late arrivals, and unused portions of services are non-refundable.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where practicable. Processing times may vary based on financial institutions and payment processors.
Changes by Customer: Requests to modify dates, participants, or itineraries are subject to availability and may incur additional fees or price differences.
Cancellations or Changes by Discover Canada Tours: If Discover Canada Tours must cancel a service due to operational reasons, safety concerns, insufficient participant numbers, severe weather, supplier failure, or events beyond its control, the Company may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law:
- Offer a rescheduled date;
- Offer a comparable alternative service;
- Issue a refund for the affected portion of the booking;
- Provide a credit toward future services.
Third-Party Supplier Policies: Where a third-party supplier’s policy applies, that policy may control the availability and amount of any refund. Discover Canada Tours is not responsible for supplier-imposed penalties, delays, or refusals, except where otherwise required by law.
6. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, Discover Canada Tours, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of enjoyment, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, arising from or related to the Services or these Terms.
